

Cancellation Policy for Inner Therapy Collective
At Inner Therapy Collective, we understand that unexpected events can occur, and we want to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring that our clients and practitioners are able to plan their schedules effectively. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties and is in line with Australian law.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
In the case of emergency or illness, the full fee may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner.
If you have a package or prepaid sessions, cancellations will result in the loss of that session.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to clients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without adequate notice.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and that there may be extenuating circumstances that lead to last-minute cancellations or missed appointments. We ask that you communicate with us and let us know if you are running late, or if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while also being fair to our practitioners and other clients.
